Submission Checklist: Do you have everything?
There is just one week left to enter your submission to the Codegeist Unleashed. Submissions are due October 24, 2023 11:45 PM ET.
Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!! Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline!
Submission checklist:
- Are you creating an AI app using Atlassian’s Forge platform?
- Did you select one of the below relevant categories for your project?
- AI Apps for Developer Experience (Enable more efficient and seamless developer workflows by automating repetitive work and forecasting next actions.)
- AI Apps for Collaboration (Foster thoughtful and innovative collaboration across individuals, teams, and tools.)
- AI Apps for Data-Driven Insights (Utilize data to make predictive recommendations that unearth useful and unexpected insights.)
- Did you create and provide an installation link for the judges and review team to test your application? To create an installation link, follow the instructions to Start sharing your app.
- Did you provide your team’s headshots and slide deck in preparation for a potential presentation at an Atlassian event?
- Are all of your teammates added to your submission form? Remind them to accept the invitation so that they’re listed on the project submission!
- Have you created a submission video? Is your video public, coherent and shows your app working? Reminder that any content over five minutes will not be viewed by judges.
- Did you complete all the submission steps and are your team members listed? Your project should show it is
from the My projects page.
You can keep editing right up until the deadline. HOWEVER - after the clock hits 11:45 pm ET on October 24th all submissions will be locked in and you will not be able to save your edits.
