Jira Project access and test account addition

Hi Team, I've a Jira project and I've added Jira tickets to it for testing, for the judges to test. Can I have their emails or test emails that I can add to the project so that they can access the Jira project and test out the application?

    Hi Santhosh,
    Your submission must provide an install link that the judges can install in their test instance along with instructions on how to set up the app and any test data for the app to function.
    We've tried connecting to developers' test sites in the past and it just gets too complicated.

    Will share the details, you need to push a repo and create several Jira tickets - might take time to setup, that's why I've to ask.
