How to grant permission to app to access Atlassian products?

I am testing the response of Confluence REST API calls inside my forge app by rendering it as a macro in confluence. I have set the scopes under permissions but I am getting a window saying: "For to display, you need to allow the app to access Atlassian products on your behalf" and underneath this message there's a button to Allow Access but it is not clickable. What is the issue here? how do I grant my app access so that it displays the result of my API calls?

Hi, you just need to publish the page. You can't interact with the macro while the page is in edit more.

You can also opt in to our simplified user consent flow and that prompt will go away entirely: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/simplified-user-consent/
